Payment can be made in Euros or Polish Zloty. Prices are given in PLN and will be converted at the current exchange rate during registration.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail:
The following cancellation fees will apply:
Before 15th March 2024: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
From 16th March 2024 to 15th April 2024: 50% refund
As of 1st May 2024 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund
All refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the meeting.
Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50.00.
